LaborX AI Jobs Telegram Career Bot

About LaborX AI Jobs

LaborX AI Jobs is an employment discovery bot on Telegram developed to accelerate recruitment across the Web3 and tech sectors. By employing artificial intelligence matching algorithms, the bot evaluates candidate skills, work history, and compensation expectations, connecting specialists with relevant freelance gigs and full-time remote roles within seconds. Employers can post open positions, filter applicant pools, and establish smart contract escrows directly through the chat interface. Four interface screenshots exhibit candidate resume builders, job search feeds, and employer management panels. Users browse curated vacancies by category, submit applications with a single tap, and monitor recruitment stages through intuitive controls. Integrated crypto payment tracking ensures that milestones and contract escrows remain transparent for both parties. On 2026-09-02, the bot counted 8,403 monthly active users while sustaining an audience of 1,041,303 followers. Engagement declined down 17.2% over seven days and down 69.9% across thirty days.
