About xkcd Channel Bot
xkcd Channel Bot is an automated broadcast utility created to forward newly released xkcd webcomics directly into Telegram channels and discussion groups. Conceived by Randall Munroe, the legendary webcomic series explores romance, sarcasm, mathematics, and language through minimalist stick-figure illustrations. Whenever a new strip goes live, the bot retrieves the comic image, original title, and humorous hover alt-text, posting formatted broadcasts without requiring manual channel updates from administrators. Catalog records indicate the comic distribution bot has been tracked since March 12, 2025, amassing a readership of 17,438 followers. Detailed monthly active user counts are not disclosed in public catalog registries, keeping overall channel forward volumes unrecorded. By automating comic delivery with complete metadata and alt-text preservation, xkcd Channel Bot provides science humor enthusiasts with an effortless syndication tool for their communities.
